How do I work with you?

First step - simply fill out this quick Let's Plan or send an email to sarah@traveltimeadventures.com.  From here, I will schedule an initial consultation with you so I can get to know you and what your vision is for your next travel adventure.  In order for me to create a personalized itinerary, I need to understand your travel style and preferences.

Once I have the information I need, I'll do the research for you and present you with a proposal and package options curated just for you.

After approving your proposal, I will make the initial deposit on your behalf to secure your adventure!  All you need to do after this point is look for additional correspondence from me regarding final payment, travel tips, destination information, etc.   Should you have any questions or need assistance before, during or after traveling, feel free to contact me.

Can you help with my airfare?

I can assist with airfare when included in a travel package.  Unfortunately I cannot assist with air only itineraries.

Question 3

Do you book AirBnBs?

Accepted Answer

No, I do not book any AirBnBs.  However, I can find rental apartments/villas/homes almost anywhere in the world.

Question 4

Can you get me a "good deal"?

Accepted Answer

Perhaps!  However, that  "good deal" is very subjective and more often than not, a "good deal" means compromising on expectations.  Travel Time Adventures always strives to create itineraries with the best value, along with the best travel experience, which doesn't always align with a "good deal".

Can you provide me with a breakdown of my trip costs?

It really depends, as when we work with our trusted business partners, you'll often see a consolidated price for your entire vacation.  This happens because our partners have the ability through their exclusive relationships to bundle the different travel components of your trip which can sometimes result in lower prices.  Unfortunately in these situations, we do not have access to the detailed breakdown.

When should I start planning my adventure?

In order to have the best vacation experience, we highly recommend booking your trip at least two months before your departure date.  However, the earlier you plan, the greater advantage you may find in terms of availability and pricing. Typically, we'd recommend six to nine months in advance as a good time to start planning.

When it comes to those once-in-a-lifetime bucket-list trips, such as a thrilling safari in Africa, we recommend planning and booking at least 9 to 12 months in advance. These extraordinary experiences tend to have high demand and limited availability, so it's best to secure your spot well ahead of time to ensure you don't miss out on the opportunity of a lifetime.

If your next travel adventure is on a cruise ship, cruise lines typically release their itineraries 18-24 months ahead.  High demand cruises, such as those sailing to Alaska, can fill up even a year ahead of the sail date!  Planning in advance will enable you to take advantage of any promotions or discounts that may be available and lock in the best pricing.
